Assistant Director of Operations (FT)
Redeemer is looking to hire a new Assistant Director of Operations. Our current Assistant Director, Sarah Miller, has decided to focus more directly on family commitments during this next chapter of life. Her departure leaves a big hole in our team. We are looking for someone who can build on her success, especially in the area of finance.
The Redeemer Operations Team handles finance, HR, IT, communications, facilities, and additional work, helping staff members plan and execute various ministry initiatives. The Assistant Director of Operations will primarily be responsible for finances, but they will also be asked to help with various other projects throughout the year. Depending on someone’s background, we are open to shifting some of the other non-finance work in the job description.

Wednesday morning childcare workers (PT)
Childcare help needed! In the coming school year, we have the opportunity to bless the moms of Redeemer and beyond by providing a nurturing child care environment during the weekly Wednesday morning MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) and Women's Bible Study gatherings. Trusted caregivers are an essential support during these meetings and help moms to enjoy personal & spiritual growth, hot food & beverages, and uninterrupted conversation with other moms in a similar season of life.
Please consider joining our child care team if you are an adult and or teen 16+, have a heart to give respite to moms through care of their little ones, and have experience with babies and/or young children. Team members will be paid competitively and need to be available 9am-noon on Wednesdays.
